These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Teryvqa™ online store and purchases submitted through it.
Store Operator & Acceptance
Teryvqa™ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Nuanyinqing Information Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable store policies.

Teryvqa™ focuses on cat toys, scratching products, interactive accessories, smart toys, resting products, and other cat enrichment items. Minor differences in color, finish, texture, packaging, measurements, or production batches may occur.
Pet Safety & Intended Use
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their cat’s size, behavior, age, activity level, and environment. Inspect products regularly, supervise play where appropriate, and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or presents a potential hazard.
Prices & Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or during checkout. Prices, promotions, currency displays, and product availability may change without notice.
Payment
Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout. Transactions may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification, fraud-prevention review, or provider requirements.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
