The warm wood frame supports the curved scratching insert, while the lower cushion creates a separate soft surface for sleeping. The open front and rear make the interior easy to enter, inspect, and clean.
Replace the Scratching Insert When Needed
- Loosen: Place HavenArc on a level floor and loosen the indicated side-frame fasteners with the correct tool.
- Remove: Support the frame and slide the worn curved insert carefully out of its routed grooves.
- Reassemble: Seat a compatible replacement insert fully in both grooves, align the frame, and retighten every fastener before use.
Replacement scratching inserts are not included unless specifically stated in the selected offer.

Care & Safety
- For indoor use only. Place on a dry, level floor and keep both entrances unobstructed.
- Remove loose cardboard fibers with a dry brush or handheld vacuum. Do not soak the scratching insert.
- Follow the cushion care label; remove the cushion before cleaning the wooden frame.
- Inspect and retighten fasteners regularly, especially after moving the product or replacing the insert.
- Discontinue use if the frame, roof insert, cushion, or feet become loose, unstable, or severely damaged.
